Precious Life
My roots resting in the dirt
Through muddy waters I carefully climb my way
Rising towards the nurturing light.
Solitary I stand
But part of a bigger whole of ancestors and equals in diversity.

Hi Nicholas, it was nice to meet you yesterday along the river. We didn’t make it to the Lapena Valley last night as it was getting dark but are going to head there today.
